Wedding Management Services

You’ve done the planning, and now it's time to enjoy your big day. If the final details are leaving you feeling a little overwhelmed, our Wedding Management services are here to give you peace of mind. We’ll step in to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on the moments that matter most.

From a detailed timeline to vendor communication and on-site coordination, we’ll manage all the logistics so you can bask in the joy of your day. Whether you’re planning a grand affair or an intimate elopement, we’ll help make it happen seamlessly.

  • Provide an Online Planning + Organization System upon hire.

  • Coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and install your wedding day.

  • Be on-site for 8 hours (with additional hours available).

  • Work through your venue design and coach your vendor team.

  • Manage all vendor communications and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our Wedding Management services are designed to ensure that your day is everything you’ve imagined—flawless and full of love.

Starting at $2,000 (50people or less)-$5,000 (50-100 people) + GST

Wedding Consultations

Planning your wedding but feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start? Our 1-hour wedding consultations are designed to provide expert guidance and personalized advice to help you plan with confidence. Whether you need assistance with timeline creation, vendor recommendations, or tips to bring your vision to life, we’re here to support you.

Investment: $95/hour + GST

Book one, or book 10! This is a really great option if our other packages are out of reach for you.

You can book consultations up to 3 days in advance, and at any time during your planning process!
