As your dedicated wedding and elopement planner, I offer fully customizable packages to ensure your proposal is as personal and unforgettable as your journey together. Every love story is unique, and your proposal should reflect that. Whether you dream of a helicopter flight over Vancouver’s stunning landscape, serenading your partner with a guitar, or even organizing a flash mob, I’m here to bring your vision to life.

Important Information
Time: This proposal package is approximately 1 hour in length.
Location: Tell us your preferred location in your inquiry form. If you have an address, landmark or GPS coordinates, send those with your request. We can't accommodate all requests but we will do our best. When dealing with rough terrain: sand, trails, steep slopes, etc. we may not be able to navigate with all our equipment so we aim to keep all our setup locations within 30 yards of delivery vehicle access. For spots outside Greater Vancouver, delivery charges may apply. We may move a picnic for any number of reasons, some of the most frequent are safety, privacy (we cannot control who will be in a public space and when,) access to shade, views and other reasons. We cannot guarantee an exact location although we will do our best to acquire access to said location. If we cannot garner access, we will set up in another suitable location nearby. All local rules, signs, laws and other permissions apply. Namely, glass, alcohol and fires are not allowed at most Vancouver parks and beaches.
Weather: Rain is no stranger to Vancouver and we sometimes have to move locations, or change dates due to the weather. Alternatively, we offer canopy add-ons, like a bubble dome! If the weather looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your proposal to discuss your options.
Cancellation: We don't offer any refunds, but we can change your reservation time without penalty up to three days before your poposal. After that, there is a food charge of $40/pp, and you can use your remaining balance towards a future proposal.
Food Options: The proposal package includes individual grazing boxes and local kombucha for each of you (hot chocolate in the colder months). We can accommodate most dietary needs, just make a note when completing your booking and we'll be in contact to confirm your request.
Availability: This package is available 365 days a year and is subject to our team’s availability.
Marriage: We are SO thrilled to offer 15% off any of our elopement packages to all of our proposal clients should you choose to elope with us after you are engaged!
