    What truly sets me apart from other planners is my obsession with YOU. All my clients are my favourite people. Every wedding I do, is my favourite! It’s not possible to give more than 100%, but if I could, I would, and you would see it. My passion is contagious and vendors thrive off of a confident leader. You’ll want me on your team, trust me.

  • Our pricing structure is flexible and transparent. We start at a flat rate and from there are able to offer customized packages to suit varying budgets and needs. Whether you're looking for full-service planning or just need assistance leading up to your wedding, we'll work with you to create a package that fits your requirements.

  • We recommend booking our services as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially if you're planning a wedding during peak season. However, we understand that every couple's timeline is different, so we're always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings if our schedule allows.

  • We are available for hire within BC and Nationwide!

  • We have a network of trusted vendors that we've worked with in the past, and we're also happy to work with any vendors you prefer. Our priority is ensuring that your wedding day reflects your vision, so we'll collaborate closely with you to select the perfect team of vendors.

  • On the wedding day, our role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that you can focus on enjoying every moment. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline and handling any unexpected challenges, we'll be there to take care of every detail.

  • We take on one full service client per calendar year; one wedding management client per month and four elopements per month.

    We believe in providing personalized attention to each of our clients, which is why we limit the number of weddings we take on at any given time. This ensures that we can dedicate our full time and energy to making your wedding day truly special.

  • We have a wedding management package which is perfect for couples who have already started planning but need assistance with certain aspects or just need support leading up to and on the day of their wedding. Our goal is to provide the level of support that best meets your needs and budget.

  • Absolutely! We understand the importance of incorporating cultural and religious traditions into your wedding day, and we're committed to respecting and honoring your customs. We’ll work closely with you to ensure everything is handled with sensitivity and care.

  • YES! If you've already hired a florist, officiant, or other vendor, we are happy to accommodate and work with them. We will just need their contact information and contracts that you signed with them.

  • Yes! We encourage weekdays due to quiet locations, the flexibility of vendors (who then are not booked with full day weddings) and the lower vendor costs available on weekdays. However, if you want to inquire about a weekend date, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

  • For proposals and elopements, once a contract has been signed, payment is due in full within 2 business days - however if this is really a stretch for you, we are able to provide you with a payment plan!

    For wedding planning we take 50% deposit upon signing and the balance 4 weeks out from your wedding date

  • Good question! We do not offer refunds for sickness or rescheduling/postponing regarding sickness. If your planner or other vendor became sick, they would find a suitable replacement in order for your celebration to continue. Now, COVID-19 presents an interesting caveat as of course we don't want to expose anyone to COVID. Though this hasn't happened to us yet with any of our clients (fingers crossed), this is what we would do. Should one of you become ill with COVID-19 and need to change the date of your wedding from the date listed on your contract, to reschedule/postpone, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee in the amount of 10% of your contract amount, as well as any additional charges from the vendors involved in your wedding should there be any. We would do our very best to transfer your payments to the new date with no penalty to you, however not all vendors are able to accommodate that request, especially if it is made on short notice (less than 48 hours). The rescheduling fee covers the administrative work required by our team to move deposits, adjust contracts, re-communicate with vendors, rearrange schedules, create new timelines, plan for new weather, apply for new permits etc. Unfortunately we are in a time of life where there is inherent risk that comes along with planning a wedding during the covid-19 global pandemic. Should we reach a point where we would need to reschedule for this reason, all of this is outlined in our rescheduling addendum that we would get you to sign.
